How do I receive my license key after purchase?
License keys are emailed to you instantly after successful payment. You can also find them in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
Are the licenses genuine?
Yes — every license sold on KMSoftStore is 100% genuine, sourced from official channels or developed in-house.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Local Cambodian options (ABA, Wing) are available on request — contact us before checkout.
Can I install on multiple devices?
Single-user licenses cover one device. Business licenses include up to 5 seats. Contact support for custom volume licensing.
What if my license key does not work?
Email support@kmsoftstore.com with your order number. We typically resolve activation issues within a few hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.
Are your free downloads safe?
All files in the Free Source library are scanned and tested. We do not bundle adware, spyware, or installers.
Do I get free updates?
Pro and Business subscribers get free updates for the duration of their subscription. One-time purchases include 1 year of updates.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your account dashboard → Subscriptions → Cancel. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Reply to your order receipt with your company name, address, and tax ID, and we will issue a formal invoice.
